When is camp?
What are camp hours?
Camp hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. We also have Early Care and Late Care from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm, which can be added when you register.

- Early Care: $45/wk
- Late Care: $45/wk
- Early & Late Care: $80/wk

Multi-Week Discounts
- 20% off each week if registering for 3-8 weeks
- 25% off each week if registering for 9-11 weeks
Note: In order to receive a multi-week discount, all weeks must be purchased in the same transaction.

Sibling Discount
- $15 off each additional sibling
- Only applies to weeks when multiple siblings are attending
Note: CIT program fees are separate and are not eligible for discounts. Discounts will be applied after registration within 5 business days. Also, discounts cannot be combined with Financial Aid.
How do refunds work?
- Before April: A full refund will be provided.
- April 1st-April 30th: A $50 cancellation fee will be retained from the deposit.
- After April: A $75 cancellation fee will be retained from the deposit.
- No refund will be provided within two weeks of the camp week's start date.
- Before December 1st:
- For campers, a $50 cancellation fee will be retained.
- For Counselors-in-Training, a $25 cancellation fee will be retained.
- No refund will be provided after December 1st.
How do cancellations work?
For summer camp, cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] at least two weeks before the camp week's start date by 5 PM CST.
For winter camp, cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] by December 15th by 5 PM CST.
Skylark reserves the right to cancel a participant's registration if their respective payment is not received by the due date.
How do I register for camp?

What ages can come to camp?
Our Summer Day Camp Program is designed for finished K - 5th graders. Our Summer Camp CIT Program is a specialized path for finished 6th - 9th graders. They will serve at camp alongside our staff while experiencing the fun of Skylark!
Our Winter Day Camp Program is designed for K - 5th graders. Our Winter Camp CIT Program is a specialized path for 6th - 9th graders. There's no better way to enjoy Winter Break!
Does Skylark move?
Nope! Skylark stays at the same locations all summer long. Check out our locations here!
Do campers have to come every week?
Nope! Only register for the weeks you need. But if you ask us... register for all 11 weeks to experience all the fun and surprises each week of camp includes.
Can my camper attend a partial week of camp?
We encourage campers to attend each full week they are registered to get the full Skylark experience. While this is not required, you can only register for full weeks. Missing days of a week does not reduce the cost of a registered week.
What should my camper wear to camp?
We recommend a T-shirt with athletic shorts or pants with close-toed shoes.
What should my camper bring to camp?
A water bottle, an extra change of clothes (in a ziplock or plastic bag), and a yummy lunch!
Can my child and their friend be in the same cabin?
Are Payment Plans available?
Who can pick up my camper?
For safety reasons, campers can only be picked up by individuals listed in the Authorized Pickup Form.
What if I need to drop my camper off late or pick them up early?
You may drop off your child late or pick them up early. Just make sure to give us a heads-up!
Am I registering my camper based on the grade they just finished or the grade they are entering?
For Summer Camp, campers are registered for the grade they are going into after camp ends.
Does my camper need to have health insurance?
Yes, providing health insurance is part of our registration process! However, non-traditional insurance options work, too!

Does my child need to bring their own lunch or snacks?
Yes, campers will need to bring their own lunch, but we will provide a snack in the morning and afternoon.
Are you a peanut-free facility?
Skylark provides snacks that do not contain peanuts as an ingredient and requests that parents/caregivers not send food containing peanuts. However, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of peanuts.
