OUR TEAM

SARAH CRAFT
Sarah spent the last ten years in the corporate sector, providing operational excellence and driving productivity and project management. After a series of events that only God could orchestrate, she has happily made her home with Skylark, where she is helping to scale the behind-the-scenes operations while getting the team ready to grow! Sarah holds a B.S. from Texas A&M (WHOOP!) along with an M.B.A. and M.S. from Texas Woman’s University.
She grew up going to camp every summer and was “that camper” who did not want to jump around and yell chants and cheers. Sarah is passionate about building up moms who work outside the home and ministering to their unique challenges and needs. She firmly believes in learning to say “no” in a world that continually demands more. When she’s not at work you can find her in her happiest place - somewhere outside with her husband, two young kids, and dog, most likely needing more caffeine (and even more grace).

Kyle was born and raised in Alabama (Roll Tide!). For 13 years, he attended church, but it wasn’t until a youth pastor shared the gospel with him on a church retreat that he was overwhelmed by his need for Jesus as Lord and Savior. A call to the ministry was confirmed as Kyle worked at a summer camp throughout college, and another major life event also happened at camp for Kyle – he met his future wife! After college, he moved to Texas to attend Southwestern Seminary. While at Southwestern, he developed a deep love for the local church and non-profit work. He's spent the last ten years in non-profit administration roles that serve and support the local church.
When he's not finding new church partners and supporters for Skylark – call me if you know someone who’s interested!–you can find Kyle spending time with Hannah and their three sweet children, usually at a park, enjoying a football or baseball game, riding bikes and scooters, or playing Gaga Ball! They live in Richardson and attend Citizens Church.

RYAN DUNLEAVY
While at Dallas Baptist University, Ryan spent his summers packed into a van with seven other college students, traveling across the U.S. to do camp ministry. Three summers later, there was no denying his love for camp—or his deepening love for his Creator.
After graduating from DBU, Ryan brought his passion for ministry into the nonprofit world, helping organizations communicate effectively and engage meaningfully. Now, he’s all in on connecting families to the truth, beauty, and goodness of Jesus through Skylark and the local church.
Ryan and his wife, Rylee, call Northway Church home. And if you ever run into him, there’s a good chance he’ll have a cup of coffee in hand. (If not, one’s probably on the way!)

ELLIOTT DOBBS
Elliott is the ultimate "how-to" guy when it comes to camp! His love for camp started early—spending years as a family camper before stepping into roles in camp operations and leadership. After graduating from Texas A&M, he’s been deeply involved in serving at Watermark Church, from working on the AV team to shepherding community groups and encouraging others in their walk with Jesus.
Elliott loves a challenge, whether it’s making camp run smoothly or tackling an outdoor adventure. When he’s not at camp, you can find him hiking, rock climbing, woodworking, or on the volleyball court.

Caitlyn Cooper
Caitlyn is originally from Little Elm, Texas. During her high school summers, she attended summer camps, which were invaluable in her spiritual journey. During college, Caitlyn served in camp ministry as a Worship Team Member & Bible Study Leader. Caitlyn graduated with her Bachelor's in Music Education from Northwestern State University, where she met her husband, Hunter.
After graduation, the two moved back to North Texas, where Caitlyn worked in education before joining the Skylark team. When not demonstrating her administrative skills, you can likely find Caitlyn reading fantasy books, playing video games with her husband, or playing with her dog, Rosie!

JACOB SHELLUM
Jacob grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Recreation, Parks & Tourism Sciences with a certificate in Youth Development. His love for summer camp began at a young age, starting as a counselor at 16, where he discovered his passion for camp ministry. Now, he’s thrilled to step into the role of Senior Director, looking forward to deepening his work with campers, families, and his team, all while connecting people to the local church.

Hannah graduated from the University of North Texas in 2021 with a degree in Spanish, originally planning to pursue a life in Latin missions. During college, God ignited her heart for reaching the lost, intentionally loving others, and mentoring those eager to grow in their faith.
After college, Hannah spent time serving in Boston with a church plant before returning to Texas in 2022. That summer, she stepped into Skylark as a senior counselor, quickly finding a place to use her passion for mentorship and discipleship. Since then, she has continued to invest in campers and staff, helping create a camp experience where kids feel loved, encouraged, and connected to the local church.
Now, as a Camp Director, Hannah remains passionate about what God is doing through Skylark and looks forward to another season of life-changing summers.
